Carolina All Stars FH Club competes in local and national club field hockey tournaments at the u14, u16 and u19 level.  It is our mission to provide quality and innovative coaching to club athletes on a high performance surface, astroturf.  Athletes involved in the club team receive process-orientated development of their field hockey skills, both individually and in the team environment, from experienced coaches. Teams travel to a variety of large tournaments throughout the year, including large recruiting and college showcases. Carolina All Stars participates in tournaments sanctioned by USA Field Hockey as well as the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.  

Many athletes participating on the club team have a desire to play field hockey in college. We help to educate and guide our club athletes and their families in the college recruiting process as they navigate their decisions.

Tryouts for the club team are currently seasonal, with the most competitive tryout taking place ahead of our spring season.  We offer tryouts for both our national and development teams at this time. There is a separate tryout for the winter indoor season and other showcase tournaments as needed.  Age restrictions are tournament-specific, most are based on the athlete's age on January 1 of the present or upcoming year. Athletes interested in playing on the club team should have strong commitment, desire to improve, and passion for the game. Athletes and parents must also adhere to the club rules and HANDBOOK. Throughout the year, we also offer an opportunity for athletes to join Development teams. The goal of these teams is to offer athletes an environment to improve their individual and whole game skills in a team setting. Devo teams participate in regular practices and local competition. Currently we offer Development teams at the u12, u14, and u16 age groups, dependent on the season of play.

Winter 2021-2022: Indoor Devo teams TBD due to COVID.
